Therapy
Services

I work with individual adults who are ready to do the work to understand themselves more fully.

I am passionate about helping others journey into self-acceptance, confidence, and authenticity. I am interested in helping others live emotionally healthy, meaningful, and intentional lives. I value honesty and curiosity in the therapeutic relationship. I bring my authentic self to the room, and encourage you to do the same. Treatment goals are identified and explored collaboratively. In line with my psychodynamic approach, we will explore how our therapeutic relationship is illuminating patterns in outside relationships.
