Grove Collaborative Counseling

Rooted in Relationship. Growing in Connection.

“We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.”

- Dr. Harville Hendrix

What is collaborative counseling?

[This might be better as a blog post (below) ]

Collaborative counseling is engaging and dynamic.

Each session offers you space to explore “what comes to mind” rather than "what’s on your mind.” This distinction is small but important: it allows space for you to travel in your thoughts beyond your conscious and planned responses. It invites you to notice what patterns are repeating not just in your personal life, but also within the therapeutic relationship.

Collaborative counseling is honest and curious.

Trust requires vulnerability and openness, safety and connection. In order for healing to happen, we will have to commit to the messy and imperfect practice of trusting one another.

Collaborative counseling is creative and non-linear.

A place to pause. A time to explore. An invitation to connect.

Let’s grow together.
